*Non Refundable Booking This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
*Refundable Booking If booking cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of No Show. 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Tourism Tax Effective 1st September 2017, the Federal Government has implemented the mandatory Tourism Tax of MYR10.00 per room per night for all foreign passport holders. This amount is to be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check in. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent residents are exempted.
We would like to inform you that we are currently in the process of relocating our front desk to the newly renovated lobby. With ongoing wiring and painting, we anticipate opening the lobby for guests by October 21, 2024.
Please note that daily work activities will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
