*Refundable Booking If booking cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of No Show. 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Tourism Tax Effective 1st September 2017, the Federal Government has implemented the mandatory Tourism Tax of MYR10.00 per room per night for all foreign passport holders. This amount is to be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check in. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent residents are exempted.
We are thrilled to announce that The Jesselton Hotel will be embarking on a guest room, lobby (partially), guest washroom and exterior building refurbishment project from May 20th to September 30th, 2024.
The refurbishment will take place daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, aimed at enhancing your future stay experience.
While these enhancements are underway, please note that the hotel will remain operational. However, it's possible that guests may experience some noise disturbances during daytime hours.
