Payment

Malaysia’s Tourism Tax (TTx) may apply for foreign passport holders: MYR 10.00 per room, per night, collected by the hotel at check-in. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents are exempt. Other optional extras are only charged if requested.

No need to print. You can show your booking confirmation email on your phone at check-in. If you prefer, you may also bring a printed copy.

Reservation

It depends on the rate plan you book:

  • Non-Refundable Booking: Not refundable and cannot be amended or modified. No-shows are charged in full.

  • Refundable Booking: Free cancellation/modification up to 72 hours before arrival. If cancelled/modified later, or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

You can view prices in many currencies using the currency selector for reference only. All final prices and payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Your bank may apply exchange rates or fees depending on your card.
